Lake Sweetwater VFD at Reynolds Fire
The Lake Sweetwater VFD assisted at the 1 April Reynolds fire.
The Reynolds home was already fully enveloped by fire when the first firemen arrived and could not be saved. However, the skill and hard work - on a very windy night - of the Sweetwater Fire Department and the Lake Sweetwater Volunteer Fire Department preserved several nearby homes which at the height of the fire were threatened by showers of embers. |
